I am extremely dissatisfied with my order. I ordered a gift basket that online looked like quality material from their pictures. The basket, my friend received was filled with Cheez-Its, M&Ms, and skinny pop. It was filled with things you could pick up at Walmart. I thought I was paying to have a quality basket delivered, but it wasn’t. It was dreadful and I was so embarrassed because it was for a 60th birthday present. I have been calling them to try to get this issue resolved, but no one answers the phone and no one calls me back. I cannot recommend this business. Also, it is not a local business, which is why I decided to place the order since my friend lives in Roanoke, Virginia. Update on my review. After some frustrations in contacting the company, someone did respond to me. To be fair to them they DID re-do the order and bring a new and better quality gift basket to my friend. They then contacted me to make sure it was satisfactory. They worked hard to fix a bad situation.

I’m genuinely blown away by this florist. We were on a road trip and staying at a hotel, and I ordered flowers late at night hoping—honestly just hoping—they might arrive in the morning before we checked out. I wasn’t even sure we’d get them in time, because most florists don’t deliver that early and we had to leave right after breakfast. But they absolutely exceeded every expectation. They delivered the flowers before 9 AM, earlier than I ever imagined possible. It felt like they truly cared about making this moment happen for us. When the arrangement arrived, it was absolutely beautiful—fresh, colorful, full, and even more stunning than the pictures online. You could immediately tell how much effort and pride they put into their work. What meant the most is that they helped create a special memory during our trip. This wasn’t just a delivery—it was kindness, professionalism, and heart. They didn’t know our situation, yet they went above and beyond for us. I’m honestly shocked they only have a handful of reviews. Businesses like this deserve so much more recognition. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, don’t hesitate. They’re exceptional

The florist did a great job and had good communication. The flowers were beautiful along with the balloons. The unexpected Happy Birthday sign was a perfect touch!
